In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hello guys, We have been clients of WPtables for 2 years now, we are very happy with your services.
There is one feature we would like to do but no idea on how to implement it using WPdatatables.
So our tables are currently showing Forex Brokers all over the world. We would like to allow the user to choose his Country or Region above the table, and then depending on the region he chooses, the table changes to show data that is valid only for that region.
How do you think the easiest way of doing this is?

I would suggest adding this column to the table and hiding it on the front end but leave only the filter for this column visible. So your clients will be able to filter the table per country but the country column will not be visible to them, only the data associated to this column.
