2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?
3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included.
4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.
Can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
When creating a new service you must make sure the employee is assigned to perform this service. From your employees work hours we can see the new services were not assigned and that is why they did not show up for booking - there is no one working on the service.
When I assign the service I created I can see it show up on the booking form just fine
If there is anything else we can assist you with please don't hesitate to open a new ticket.
My apologies if I already asked this before, but may I ask you for a small favor if you don’t mind?
Can you, please, leave a review on Capterra, and the Lite version of Amelia if you have an account at wordpress.org and have a couple of minutes? No need to write any specific text.
It’d mean a lot to us, and as a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer you a $10 credit for SMS notifications.
Hi
I have added more services on the backend of Amelia none of the new services are not appearing on the front end of my website.
I’ve made sure to go through all the steps properly and double-check my shortcodes. The plug-in is also updated.
Can you please advise URGENTLY?
Thanks
Hi Darryn
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please check these points:
1. Are these services visible on the site?
Hi Blaženka
Yes, I can confirm ALL of the below has been done and is correct.
The new services added are not even showing up in the catalog when I use the shortcodes to display service category view OR services from a category.
Hi Darryn
Thank you for confirming that.
