Yes, Amelia can be used for restaurant table booking.
We don't have an option for displaying the table plan, but you can create tables in the place where our employees are, and give customers the option to pick one of the tables.
You can also set minimum and maximum capacity for each table and disable the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity". We made this option for this kind of use case since it works in the way that once some customer books above minimum capacity it automatically closes this time slot for the particular table so other customers (that don't know each other) can not fill in the table until the maximum capacity is reached.
Please just be aware that at the moment each employee (table) would need different email set in the profile but there is a workaround if you plan to use Gmail or Outlook mail.
If you're using your Employees as Tables you can set an individual Table's capacity in Amelia > Employees > click an employee > Assigned Services; there you will see a capacity this Table Employee has for each service he works in and you can change it; you can also give them different prices.
For the email, when you are creating an Employee, Amelia will ask for an Employee Email. This email must not be already registered in Amelia as:
a) another employee
b) a customer
However, you can give them each one email, but connect them to the same Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar in Amelia, in this way when one table is booked, another table that shares a calendar with it will become unavailable.
It is possible to use your plugin to create reservations for a restaurant, bar, cafeteria, etc.
That is, create tables with different capacities of guests.
Thanks

Hi Blaženka,
Thanks for your answer.
New question:
It is possible to join tables to increase the maximum capacity of diners.
Example:
Table 1
Min Capacity = 1 / Max Capacity 4
Table 2
Min Capacity = 1 / Max Capacity 4
If table 1 and 2 are joined the result would be;
Table 1 and 2
Min Capacity = 1 / Max Capacity 8
On the other hand, what would be the solution for,
"Different email set in profile, but there is a workaround if you plan to use Gmail or Outlook email."
Thanks,
Hi Victor!
