We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Your event booking is easy.
But I need a recurrent event for my training sessions:
- the customers by in woocommerce a
3 weeks training each friday from 1600 to 1900
and anothe woocommerce product
- the link should be always the same
- upfront payment for the entire period of 3 weeks
Thats promised by "Video Conferencing with Zoom Pro "
but thats complicated and I have no confidence.
Thank, and good luck,
willy
Hello Wilhelm
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can create an event in Amelia, which will be a recurring event that recurs every Friday for 3 weeks. If you use this approach, each week would have to be booked separately, so I believe another approach would be more suitable for you:
Create an event that contains 3 periods:
This way - when this event is booked, all 3 dates are booked, and they are paid for straight away.
The WooCommerce integration can only be used for payments, and you can't book the event from WooCommerce's store.
So, if you want to allow users to book this event from Amelia, you'd need to add [ameliaevents] shortcode on a page, and that page would always be on the same URL.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
