We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi there,

I'm finally ready with the configuration of Amelia for my client her business. I've overcome most obstacles and understand the logic better now.

One problem remains: I can't see the option to disable the “Bringing anyone with you” option.
The option documented here: https://wpamelia.com/services-and-categories, is simply not shown in my back-end. See screenshot attached.

What's wrong? I have some services with a maximum capacity of 1, then it's not shown. But my other services have a capacity of 4, yet customers always book just for their own. Can't hide it trough css either, there are no selectors, as mentioned in an topic#2776133 here.

    Kind regards
    Thomas

    Hi Thomas

Thank you for reaching out to us.

When you increase the service capacity you will see this option appear, so simply disable the toggle switch if you don't want to display this option on the booking form

    Hi Blazenka,

That did the job! Thank you:)
I thought I had to set the capacity at the employee-level, and for some reason I forgot about this setting.

I ran in another problem, which is more complex I'm afraid. I'll make a new ticket for it.

My apologies if I already asked this before, but may I ask you for a small favor if you don’t mind?

Can you, please, leave a review on the Lite version of Amelia if you have an account at wordpress.org and have a couple of minutes? No need to write any specific text.

It’d mean a lot to us, and as a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer you a $10 credit for SMS notifications.

    Thanks in advance.
