When I try to enter a new employee in Amelia it says that the email is already in use, but there aren't any other employees with that email. The email is my main email that I am using for wordpress and that I have used elsewhere on the site, but it isn't under any of the employees. Can you let me know what might be the problem?
If I understand correctly you as the administrator are using this email address for your user account? If you go to your Users tab you will see a list off email addresses that are already in use on this website and therefore cannot be used to create other user roles in Amelia, all your employees need to have a unique email address.
