This feature wouldn't be added if it wasn't working, so it has to work.
It could be related to the carrier, but I can't say for sure. I can only remote into your website and test this with my phone number, and see if it works.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
They will be checked once the department returns on Monday (as they don't work on weekends); and they will contact you back as soon as possible regarding this issue.

I apologize for the late response, our developers have been away half of last week, so they haven't had time to check this.
The tests are confusing, though. We booked an appointment using our developer's phone number, and it is saved in the SMS History:
It is also stored in the database, along with the additional phone number (with the only difference that the additional phone number has status set to "prepared", but that is normal):
I added my phone number to the "Send all SMS messages to additional numbers" section, but it's not listed there, so I don't know if that message was actually delivered to the phone number you added? It removed my phone number from the database because I deleted it from the list, and this is default behavior due to GDPR rules.
Can you please provide us with a staging (duplicated) site, along with wp-admin (administrator), FTP and Database credentials, so our developers can debug the plugin and see what's going on?

Can you not test on the live site rather than me setting up a staging one? (Downtime is not an issue for me if that's the reason)
We prefer testing on a staging site because if something goes wrong during testing, the site may go down. I don't recall we ever had a situation where we weren't able to restore it, but it's just a precaution - to do it on a staging domain.
If you're alright with the risk, we can test it on a live site also, but we'd still need cPanel credentials (or separately - FTP, wp-admin (administrator), and Database access).
Just remember to post those credentials in a PRIVATE response, since this is a public ticket.
A small update - our QAs verified there's a bug on our end. It has been forwarded to the developers for fixing, and I hope the fix will be included in our next update which is going to be released within a week (if everything goes according to plan).

I have recently updated to the latest version and was wanting to try the Send all SMS messages to additional numbers: feature.
However it is not CC'ing the SMS messages. Is this function currently working? thanks!
