We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi,

    Whenever somebody makes a reservation it has to complete WooCommerce checkout fields. The customers usually use the field where they can leave a remark or note. They often ask if there is a place for the parents to stay or if it's possible to make the session shorter.

    The problem is that the Employees don't get to see the customers questions, because these are only included in the WooCommerce order notifications and those are not send to the Amelia Employees.

    I need to find a way to get those WooCommerce notes to the Amelia Employees and get the Amelia Employees the possibility to reply to those notes. 

    Can you explain to me how to achieve this? Is there a way to get those notes to the Employees?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    You can use our custom fields to collect information during booking so your employees will be able to see the notes in the appointments details, but unfortunately there is no way for them to reply to the note directly from within the plugin.
