My client purchased a 5 pack and when going into her pack she is able to book in for 10 when she has only paid for 5. How do I set the system so it doesnt allow booking over the amount they have paid for? Please let me know as soon as possible so I can rectify the issue

Please check the number of appointments added to the package, if this is set to be more than 5 in total your clients will be able to book as many appointments as it is indicated in the package setup.
thanks for getting back to me. The 5 pack is set to have 5 appointments. The person needs to book for 5minimum and 5 maximum when they purchase the pack. Can you tell me what else I could change please as this doesn’t help

Can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
