In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I installed the lite version first, then purchased the upgraded one. I've followed all the steps required different times, yet I can't activate the license. Every time I go on activation it says I can't as I have to buy a license. How can I fix this bug and use my upgraded version?

Thank you for your purchase.
The Lite version needs to be deactivated/deleted, and the full version installed to be able to activate the license and use all features of the plugin.
You can download the full version by logging into our store with the credentials you received when you purchased the plugin via e-mail.
When you download the file, you can rename it, so you know it's the full version (ameliabooking-full.zip for example). Then, go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure "Delete database tables" slider is not enabled. After that, go to the Plugins section, deactivate and then delete Amelia, and then go to Add New/Upload and upload the zip file.
If you're still having issues, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
