Hi - We have one space to take bookings for (a horse arena). Is it possible to configure Amelia so more than one employee can book the same space for their own services but never allow 2 employees to book the same space at the same time? Thanks
Hi, Peter,
Sorry for the delayed response.
I'm afraid, at the moment it's not possible with built-in features in Amelia.
However, you can use a workaround: you can assign this Service to two Employees and link both Employees to the same Google Calendar (for that you should establish Google Calendar integration), and then, once Employee A is booked for an Appointment, Employee B also gets unavailable for the same time slot. But then your Employees won't be able to use Google Cal integration because it will be full of "fake" bookings.
Also, this workaround won't help if you have multiple Services because in this case one of the Employees will be blocked for booking when he/she is actually free, so it won't be possible to book any other Service with the same Employee.
Hope that will help.
Best Regards.
