I updated the plugin as per usual, using the WP manager, and the following error was triggered. I have not been able to activate the plugin ever since.
Warning: require_once(/home/u306300381/domains/spanishwithnelson.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/composer/autoload_real.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/u306300381/domains/spanishwithnelson.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/autoload.php on line 5

It looks like this file is missing: /home/u306300381/domains/spanishwithnelson.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/composer/autoload_real.php
Can you double-check?
This can happen due to folder permissions with some hosting providers. My advice is to update the plugin manually, following the steps below:
1.) Download zip from our store or from the email you received when you purchased the plugin
2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3.) Delete existing ameliabooking folder.
4.) Upload the previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP into "plugins" folder (unzip it)
5.) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.
6.) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again.
7.) Clear server and browser cache
That should allow you to activate the plugin, but please reach out to your hosting provider, and ask them why some files are deleted from the folder. Do let us know if this helps.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Thanks for your response.
I did as you suggested in the previous message, and while uploading the files using FTP this error appeared.
Any suggestion?
The booking system is perhaps the most important feature of my website, and I need it running ASAP.
thanks in advance.
