    Hi,

we only use events on our website (in category "ateliers", and have the following issue: in the notifications to our clients (in all emails) the two functions:
    %location_address% : %location_description%

don't work and appear as such in the emails. Since there is no way to make the adress of the event appear, we have incredible issues with our clients and lost sales right now. Of cours I presice that the adresses are well saved in the Locations. All other functions (client name..) seem to work correctly. Can you please help?you'll find attached the email example.

    Hi, De contenson,

Sorry for the delayed response, our support team is cut in half due to COVID-19 infestations. That’s why our response time has increased.

I wasn't able to download the file, it seems like it was damaged when you uploaded it. Could you please re-upload it?

Also, could you please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside? You can post the credentials as a private reply to this ticket.

We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
