we only use events on our website (in category "ateliers", and have the following issue: in the notifications to our clients (in all emails) the two functions: %location_address% : %location_description%
don't work and appear as such in the emails. Since there is no way to make the adress of the event appear, we have incredible issues with our clients and lost sales right now. Of cours I presice that the adresses are well saved in the Locations. All other functions (client name..) seem to work correctly. Can you please help?you'll find attached the email example.
