    Dear Amelia

Firstly, we love you plugin and the changes you keep bringing out are very exciting. We are online English teachers and have students all around the world. My problem is concerning timezones.

Because of language issues sometimes it is easier for a teacher to make the booking that for a student to do it. On the front end of the page (employee login) you can set the timezone to the students timezone, but we cannot choose the employee.

On the back end of the site, we can choose the employee for the booking, but we cannot set the timezone.

Therefore when we make a booking on the front end, they may not get the teacher they want, and on the back end, all email notifications are in the server timezone. It would be very helpful if on the front end along with choosing the serrvice, we could also choose the employee.

Something else I would love is to be able to change the wording "On Site" as a payment option.

    Many thanks for your assistance

    Sam

    Hi, Sam,

Sorry for the delayed response, our support team is cut in half due to COVID-19 infestations. That’s why our response time has increased.

Thank you for your kind words, we highly appreciate them!

    1. You mentioned the language problem. Probably you already know that Amelia has multilingual support, so maybe that can be a solution at the moment?

    2. Also, regarding the time zone selection: you can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.

    3. You can change the word "on-site" by modifying the language file.

In Amelia, you can change the strings by translating them in Loco Translate or POEDIT.

For example, if you want to use POEDIT then please follow these instructions:

    -  Install POEDIT.

    - After that, open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/en_US/wpamelia-en_US.po.

    - Modify a string by translating it

    - Replace the existing file with the newly saved .po file in /plugins/ameliabooking/languages/en_US (use WP File Manager or any similar plugin)

    - Clear browser and server cache

    Hope that will help.

    Best Regards.
