Is there a way to always have rounded times in the pro license?
If I want my appointments to be 30 min apart and within 'rounded times', I'd have time slots available at 8.00, 8.30, etc.
Let's say I have a 15 min buffer time and an appointment from 8.00-9.00, currently this moves all the schedule to be 9.15, 9.45, etc. Is there a way to go back to rounded times? So, therefore, my schedule would like again like:
Appointment from 8.00 to 9.00, +15 buffer, but the next available slot would only be 9.30, 10.00 (Rounded times)
Is that possible?
Hi Leonardo
Thank you for reaching out to us.
In the premium version make sure this option is disabled from the general settings and that should solve your problem
Not really since this excludes a lot of time slots possibilities. For example, on the test websites, when I do this with :
It would show a time slot at 8h-9h, then another one at 10h-11h, then at 12h-1pm. These are considering 8-9h +30 (after) +30 (before) 10h-11h +30 (after) +30 12h-1pm, and so on.
My question is. Let's say I have an appointment from 10h00 till 10h50 coming from Google, then at Amelia it would show me time slots like 11h20-12h20, 11h50-12h50 (considering the buffer times above).. Therefore, the 'rounded' hours would understand that 11h20 is not a rounded time but 11h30 is. So it would show time slots at 11h30-12h30, 12h-13h.. know what I mean?
Leonardo,
Sorry for the delayed response.
To make it work, you have to use only durations that are proportional to 30-mins increments.
For example, if your Google event's duration is 1h and not 50 mins, it will work this way.
Also, you should set the Default time slot step to 30 mins as well.
Hope that will help.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Liza, yeah I figured this would be a way to solve this, but there could be a native way in my opinion.
Just would make the life easier.
best,
Leonardo,
Yes, you are absolutely right. Unfortunately, at the moment it's the only available solution.
I will forward your request to our developers, hopefully, they will find a way to round the time slots.
You can also suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Best Regards.
