Date of Birth is not working properly: It works when visitor uses the arrows to go back and identify date of birth. However, as you can only move one month each time, it takes a really long time before someone can go back to their year of birth so this function is not user friendly. Can this particular calendar under DOB be customised to have the option to scroll by year? How so?

Alternatively, If someone simply tries to enter DOB manually using the keyboard, its coming up incorrectly.

Here I typed 13091974 and it came up as:

I think one needs to type it as: 13/09/1974 but it does not always work.

If this is case , how can we  make it clear e.g *Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)

Finally, i noticed that DOB is working when one picks the day and month from the calendar and type the correct year (instead of scrolling) but this is not an obvious option.

Could you please advise how to make entering DoB more user friendly?

    Hi Venetia

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Can you please tell us what happens when you click on the year from the date picker? Does it display like this:

    Hi, Venetia,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

I'm afraid, it's not possible to enter the date of birth manually at the moment.

But the field should look like in the screenshot that my colleague Blazenka attached below. Thus, it's not necessary to go through all months and years. Instead of that, you can select a year, and then a month and a date.

You should see the table with years when you click on the current month and then on the year:

Is this option available for you?

    Best Regards.
