Yes, Zapier Premium is paid, but there are similar options out there, like Integromat. It's basically the same, but as far as I know, it has a free plan that you can use.
I haven't used it, but from what I hear (from our customers), it's the same as Zapier, so you can use our YouTube Mailchimp tutorial and see if that helps.
