I had tried the video instructions and could not get the test working for me at all. In your video you had an option of 'wpAmelia' clients list, I don't see it in mine. Is it because test did not worked?

Yes, Zapier Premium is paid, but there are similar options out there, like Integromat. It's basically the same, but as far as I know, it has a free plan that you can use.
