Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
Hi, I have activated your plugin, sometimes I get reservations at the same time and it creates the group, which is very inconvenient for me, I would like to make sure that the group is not created. Is there any solution?
Thanks
Hello Riseria
Thank you for your purchase.
Please check Amelia Settings/Appointment Settings and then check Amelia/Services.
If you have "Allow bookings above maximum capacity" enabled, then even though your service's max capacity is set to "1", people will be able to book above it as long as the appointment is in the pending status.
You ned to disable that option in Amelia Settings/Appointment Settings, and this won't happen anymore.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

No, it is fine to me that there are more appointments at the same time, but I would like the plugin not to create "groups" because it automatically puts them in "approved" when in reality the appointment is pending and creates a huge confusion in the organization of reservations
Hello again Riseria
That's not how it works. If the default appointment status is set to "Pending", they will all be pending, along with the group appointment:
However, if you approve the appointment - you approve the entire group:
If someone new books the appointment, they are saved as "Pending" because that's how you configured the default appointment status:
You would then be able to edit the appointment, and manually approve new customers:
