Hi,
We have set the maximum quantity of attendees to a booking to 26 but if someone books even only 1 person for that session, the whole session is blocked out. Do you know why this is please as surely the booking slot/session should only "close" when the maximum value of 26 is met?

Hi Mark,
Could you please check if the option Allow booking below minimum capacity: in Amelia -> Settings -> Appointments is enabled? If this option is disabled when the minimum capacity of a service is reached that time slot will be closed for booking for other customers. You can read more about the appointments settings here.
