We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I try to connect My Google Calendar with Amelia.

I created the api in google and copy/past de api key.

When I click on the "sign in with google " button on the "edit employee" in Amelia I can choose My google account, I received de error message "not verified app" then I click on "advanced settings" / "Go to...". Then I can choose to share de calendar and "continue". I return to the Amelia edit employee page...

    What had I did wrong?

    Thank you

    Hi Romedenne,

Everything you did is done properly, and after you did the connection you should be redirected to the Employee modal, so everything you explained is the proper way of connecting an employee to their Google calendar. Could you please tell me is the employee connected to the Google calendar when you are redirected back to Amelia or not? The button Google calendar should be set to red if the connection is successful (and changed to Sign out from Google) , and in the input field the Gmail calendar should show up.

    Hello Romedenne,

Glad to see that the issue is gone, thank you for letting us know. The employee panel doesn't have any effect on the Google calendar sync, not sure exactly what happened there but I'm glad you managed to find a solution to the issuesmile.png

    You are welcome.
