    Hello,

The new update v4.2 have bugs as you'll now know.

    1. Notification email text boxes don't hold the data entered when I save it (and go back to it or refresh the page) and the same text shows in all the boxes upon entry.

    2. Coupon Code entry in the booking form on mobile browser (Chrome for me) doesn't add. And frustratingly I have an ad campaign running providing a coupon code, which is annoying again with this software :(

    Please fix.

    Thank you.

...Oh, I've just read the notification... I hope all is well.

    Hello PC,

Apologies for replying a bit later and thank you.

    1. There is some conflict with some language tool extensions in browsers and the notification templates, so if you have such a tool, like Grammarly or so, please deactivate it and try saving and switching between notifications again. Or you can try using another browser. We will see if there is some solution to this conflict in the future.

    2. I've just tried out our website on my mobile and the coupon code option works properly. Could you please tell me what exactly happens when you use the Coupon option on your mobile phone and send me the link to the page where you have Amelia so we could check it out? Also, please let us know the exact device you use. Thank you.

    L,

Grammarly was installed and as mentioned previously, it was working fine prior to the update. It's your update.

I have of course tried other coupons and have the same problem. It was working on my phone prior to the update.

Coupon entry works on Windows 10 on the PC without a problem.

    II don't provide admin access.

Again, it appears to be the update, whether you believe me or not. So I'll wait for a fix.

    Hey PC

    I apologize for the delay!

We confirmed there's a bug with the coupons on mobile browsers, as you reported, and a task has been created for our developers to resolve it as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience!

As for Grammarly - the issue is not with the most recent update. You can search for "Grammarly" on this ticketing platform, and you'll see there are public tickets from July when Amelia 4.0 and 4.0.1 were released. Unfortunately, neither you nor I can search through closed tickets, but if that was possible, I would've been able to show you that there are related issues from early 2020. I can guarantee that this issue was an active issue a year and a half ago and that it was resolved in the 3rd quarter of 2020 (I can't remember the exact date), but it came back in between releases of Amelia, somewhere in July if I remember correctly.

Our developers are looking into this, as it is really strange that a browser extension can affect the notifications in this way. I hope they'll be able to fix it soon, as it is causing a lot of issues for our customers.

Once again, sorry for the delay and for the inconvenience.

    Kind Regards,

    Aleksandar Vuković
