The problem we have is the Google Sheet looks fine, but the wpDT is mixing cells of different columns/rows. We also have a column where a name is listed 4 times, but wpDT is refusing to show the name in the plugin more than once, or sometimes not at all (I'm hiding blank name cells on front end), which I believe is leading to the issue.
There's cache on Google's side, so when you add new data to the Spreadsheet it could take up to 15 - 20 minutes for the new data to be seen in wpDataTables.
So, when you add new rows to the spreadsheet, or you modify existing cells, you will need to either give it time to refresh, or you need to switch to the relatively new Google Sheets API method in which cache is not an issue.
Don't think that was the issue. I went through all the step by step laid out in the video. We are still not having the wpDT cell data match the google sheet.
Additionally, the json file being added to the settings (per the step by step video) caused all other properly working wpDT tools to crash, so we have to remove it (even though it wasn't making this tool work anyway).
Can you please provide me with the URL to the Google Spreadsheet file, and a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

It seems that I managed to log in, but I don't have permissions to view the back-end:
Which user role is this? If it's not an Administrator user role, please upgrade the user. From the spreadsheet you shared with me, I see that there is some formulae being used for pulling data, and while wpDataTables can read IMPORTRANGE functions, I'm not sure if the issue you have is linked to the formulas you've been using in this spreadsheet.
Can you copy all values from this spreadsheet and paste only the values (no formatting applied) in a new sheet? That should pull all values without issues.
We built this wpDT here: https://www.dfskarma.com/prizepicks/
