Even though I have set the alpha sender id in my sms profile, the id does not appear in sms and sms is sent from random phone numbers. Why is Alpha sender ID not showing up? If the ID will not appear, is it possible to show it as our corporate phone number?
Also, my plugin is not automatically updated. I had the same last time. Since the update to the theme forest is late, I cannot download and install the new version manually. Even though it is connected to my Envato account, I get a warning to enter the purchase code or connect to envato to update.

By the way, my location is Turkey. Alphanumeric is allowed but requires official permission. I can get official permission, but from which number? SMS's are sent from random numbers. The sms system you are currently using is causing institutional problems.

Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying a bit later. There isn't a possibility of setting an alphanumeric sender ID for your country with Amelia's current built-in features, unfortunately. It is supported in your country, but only with pre-registration and that is not possible with Amelia's SMS built-in system.

I have one more question. Whenever an update comes to Amelia via wordpress, so that I can update it, I get the following warning: "To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate Amelia.".
Although I activate it by constantly connecting to envato, this warning continues and I cannot update the plugin. I tried turning off the cache plugins on my site, it still doesn't work.
I can only download and install the update manually when you upload it to themeforest. In short, I'm waiting for you to upload the update to themeforest so that I can update. What is the reason of this problem ?
