Hi! I received an email with an Amelia update but when hitting the download button, a new, blank window opens, but no file was downloaded. Is there another way to access the update? Thanks!

Apologies for replying a bit later, and sorry to see you have issues with downloading the plugin. Please try opening the link in an incognito window, or try another browser. If this doesn't help please try the same with downloading the plugin from the store. You can always download the newest version of the plugin when you login to the store (the credentials are sent via email after you purchased Amelia)
