We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there.
Auto-updates from 4.1 to 4.2 have failed telling me that the product needs to be activated in order to enable updates.
The product IS activated and if I go into settings to view the activation, I simply see a message stating:
"Your purchase code has been hidden for security reasons. You can find it on your store page store.tms-plugins.com"
Along with a button to de-activate.
I don't want to de-activate but the update is also desired.
How do I fix this?
Hi Barry,
Apologies for replying a bit later. We are sorry to see you have issues with the automatic update, could you please login to our store and check there if your domain is active under the Manage domains option? If it is please go to Amelia and deactivate your purchase code in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation and activate it again and then go to the WP Plugins page and check it there is an auto-update button for Amelia there? If that doesn't help, could you please try deleting update transients on your website and check if this helps (there is the Transients Manager plugin you can use for this purpose)?
Let me know if any of this helped
Thank you Marija,
The "manage domains" bit was where my problem resided as the domain was still listed as my staging server.
A simple fix to deactivate and re-activate.
You are welcome, Barry. Glad to see this helped, and the issue is gone. Thank you for letting me know!
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
