    Hello, I just made the update of the plugin and I have a big issue! The customize page is empty! Also the dashboard, the planning, booking, clients; .... And the calendar step have lost the design personalization... The calendar is totally broken! Every steps are shown one under the other! 

    I must launch the website tomorrow!

    Please try to clear the site and the browser cache.

    So, as I don't have any news from you... I tried to uninstall the plugin and re install it again. And it's not working. All my data are still there and tabs of amelia are still empty.

    Same here my bookings site has been totally destroyed

    have deactivated and uninstalled it three time as well as removed entire subdomain as database tables created issuses

    created new sub domain with with bare bones and installed only Amelia plugin and still have the same issues.

    Error

    Request failed with status code 500


    No responsed from support


    extremely disappointed

    Hello,

    I followed your procedure. Download new version on your site, uninstall the latest and reinstall the 4.2.

    It works for the Admin. The admin pages are back.

    I will try with it but I hope that I will never have an issue like this cause I lost 1 week of business! A commercial act from TMS would be really appreciated...

    I don't see any new tickets in your profile, also I don't see an active purchase code added to your profile, so I'm not sure which case you are referring to with "No responsed from support".
