I need that employees can manage the payments of customers who pay in cash (on-site) from their dashboard. How can I do?

Sorry for the delayed response, our support team is cut in half due to COVID-19 infestations. That’s why our response time has increased.
I'm afraid, at the moment Employees don't have access to financial information in Amelia, therefore, they cannot mark Appointments as "paid" as well.
It can be done only on the back-end by a Manager or an Admin.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
