    Hello, the client needs a system for booking his services on the website.
The services include cleaning various elements of home and car upholstery, so for example:
-corner cleaning (30min) - 70 $
-cleaning the chair (10 min) - 50 $
-cleaning the 3-seater couch (50 min) - $ 120
-cleaning the car seat (15 min) - $ 40
E.t.c....
I need to meet the following requirements:
-possibility to book several services at once
-selection of the date from available slots (1 booking at a time)
-Choose cash payment
- the requirement to enter the address and contact number
-the minimum amount to book services is $ 100 (the most problematic)
Can your system guarantee all these requirements?

    Hi, Dominik,

    Sorry for the delayed response, our support team is cut in half due to COVID-19 infestations. That’s why our response time has increased.

    Regarding your requirements:

    1. Possibility to book several services at once. 

    I’m afraid it is not possible to book multiple appointments at once with current built-in features in Amelia. But it is on our to-do list for future updates.

    However, it can be achieved in two ways.

    Option one: is to use Recurring appointments. But it is suitable only if a customer books multiple appointments of the same service (thus, all appointments will have the same duration, price, and will be performed with the same recurrence - daily, weekly, monthly). Recurring Appointments are available in all licenses.

    Option two: Packages of Services - it is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. Customers will be able to book included Appointments on any days, with no strict recurrence. You can see more information here.

    Please note that the Packages feature is only available for Amelia Pro and Developer licenses.

    2. Selection of the date from available slots (1 booking at a time).

    Yes, it is possible to select an available time slot in Amelia. Also, you can set it the way that once a time slot is booked, it becomes unavailable for further bookings. 

    3. Choose cash payment.

    It is possible to set cash, online, and deposit payments in Amelia.

    4. The requirement to enter the address and contact number.

    Phone number is one of the default fields on the booking form. And you can collect any additional information (for example, an address) through Custom Fields. 

    5. The minimum amount to book services is $ 100 (the most problematic).

    That's a bit complicated. You can create one Service, for example, Corner cleaning with a price of $40, and then add other options as Extras to this Service, and make Extra selection compulsory. So, your customers will have to add at least one Extra Service.
