By using Outlook 365 on MAC the calendar entry goes only to the MAC calendar ad there seems no way to get the entry into the Outlook calendar even when selected "Outlook Calendar".
The ICS-File is also directly referring to the MAC calendar in stead of to the Outlook calendar.
Sorry for the delayed response, our support team is cut in half due to COVID-19 infestations. That’s why our response time has increased.
As far as I understand, you can see the synchronized appointments in the browser version of the Outlook calendar, and the issue occurs only in the application, is that correct?
I'm asking that because there is an issue that came up with Windows 10 app for Outlook. Online Outlook Calendar works perfectly, but the app accepts only blocking some of the appointments. Therefore, I assume, the same thing can happen to the MAC app as well.
