After an appointment is approved I need a random/unique 4-6 digit code to be sent to the customer in their notification email. Would it be possible to maybe integrate a random number generator of some sort with the Amelia plugin to work with the notification email? Or is there perhaps some other way I could implement this?
Hi, Shayne,
Sorry for the delayed response, our support team is cut in half due to COVID-19 infestations. That’s why our response time has increased.
Probably, that can be achieved with a third-party service, but unfortunately, we cannot tell you precisely since we didn't test a similar solution yet.
However, we added HTML format to email notifications in our most recent update - version 4.2. So, probably, that will help you to insert these codes into the emails.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Best Regards.
