    Hi,

    i see that we can send a email notification for birthday

    Is that possible to send in the email a coupon who will be active only for this day for this client ?

    Hi, Hajjar,

    Sorry for the delayed response, our support team is cut in half due to COVID-19 infestations. That’s why our response time has increased.

    You can create special Birthday Coupons and just add them to the Birthday notification template. That's the only way to achieve that at the moment, I'm afraid. It's not possible to set them the way they will be created automatically and added through a placeholder.

    Also, you can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.

    ok i can create a coupon and add them

    But how limit this coupon only for the birthday date for each user ?

    I see the settings but i don't understant how do that

    Hajjar,

    Well, you cannot limit it only to Birthday (so it will be used only on this date), unfortunately, but you can limit the usage to one time for each Customer, and also you can send this coupon only in Birthday Greeting notifications.

    but that means that i have to create a coupon each year...that's right ?


    For improvement --> create a coupon just for the birthday date and active juste one day/year/customer

    Yes, I'm afraid so since if you put a limit to the times it can be used to 1, then it's supposed to be a new Coupon every year.

    I will forward this information to our development team, hope they will fund a way to add Coupons for special occasions.
