Hi,
The 2 way-sync with google agenda is working great!
There is something important not displayed in Employee's Google Agenda. No information about the customer. I would like to have at least the name and surname, with phone number if possible. Perhaps in the description information of the event in google calendar.
Is there a way to get it?
Hi Stephen,
Glad to see you like the Google sync in Amelia, thank you.
For any information about appointments in Amelia, you want to have in your Google calendar, you can add placeholders to the fields Event Title and Event Description which you will find in Amelia -> Settings -> Google calendar settings. You can find all the placeholders when you click on </>Show Email Placeholders, or in the placeholders lists below the Message field, on the Amelia -> Notifications page, by clicking on the placeholder in the list you copy it and then you can paste that placeholder to the above-mentioned fields in Amelia Settings.
If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask.
