We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi! We've been using Amelia for a while and love it. However, this morning I set up a new event and when I did a test booking, the email confirmation came through but the SMS didn't.
This new event is in the same account/website as other events we have running. I checked the SMS history and yesterday SMS confirmations were being sent (for the other events), but nothing has gone this morning for my tests. I wondered if there was perhaps a delay or some other issue? I have checked the credits and we have plenty left.

Sorry for the delayed response, our support team is cut in half due to COVID-19 infestations. That’s why our response time has increased.
We didn't get complaints about similar issues yet.
Can we send a test notification from your WP, if you don't mind? Thus we will know that the issue is not related to mobile providers.
If so, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login and SMS account credentials. You can post them as a private reply under this ticket.
