Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
In order to debug this properly, we'd also need FTP access, so if you could share that as well, it would be great!
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We still need to debug this, though, so could you please provide us with FTP and database access credentials, and I'll forward them to our developers for testing?
It was a conflict with some other plugin, but we weren't able to determine which plugin that was. If you want us to dive deeper, and see which plugin caused this, we'll need you to create a staging site, where you'll provide us with the same details (wp-admin, FTP, and Database).
Just remember to respond privately if you decide to do this.
Thank you Aleksandar, we are good for now. I think there is an issue with W3C Total Cache as the moment I enable Object Cache I get a 503 error on the site and all hell breaks loose. I was able to activate and deactivate Amelia every time I added the plugins that I need and I didn't see the issue with that initial error message.
The plugin fails to activate in WP and displays the following message:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Error thrown
Class 'Less_Parser' not found"
I am running WP version 5.8.1 with the Divi theme.
