I mean more than one booking for the same time, I enabled allow customer to book under the max capacity and its working but i need to limit it
Im using amelia for table booking at restaurant, so i have 20 tables and max customers for each table is 5 guests and max guests for all restaurant is 40 guest
now how can i set max capacity for restaurant (40 customer) to close the time when booking is full ?
Thank you for your interest in our plugin and sorry for our late response. Our team is short-staffed at the moment due to COVID-19 infections, and we are working on the tickets as fast as we can.
Unfortunately, at the moment there is no possibility to set our plugin as you need.
It is possible to create tables as employees and set a capacity of 5 for each table, and close the booking for each table once the first booking is made (because you probably want each separate group to sit alone on the table without strangers), but at the moment we don't have the option to set capacity for each location, so the plugin is not able to close all bookings once the max of 40 customers is added.
Can I please ask you to take your time and leave this great use case on our Features suggestions list, since this is something that we will certainly need to implement in the future due to the COVID restrictions.
