We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello,

    I recently have purchased Amelia and I am running into a number of errors while trying to configure notifications.

    1. The notification templates do not save and the defaults disappear when clicking through each notification. When viewing the debug console I've noticed there are multiple 500 errors being returned.

    "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)  :8099/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/notifications/email/test:1" 

    2. The customer and employer portal URLs do not properly show in the notifications. I've updated the URLs in the settings but each test email shows a link to customer_panel_url.com. 

    3. Only Appointment notifications are sending. Notifications for Events are not being delivered. I've configured Amelia to use the mailgun API which is working for Appointment notifications, just not event notifications. 

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is a non-production site, hence the URL.
