We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Just getting started with setting up calendar for Yoga classes - can't seem to get off of military time under Services, and when trying to set up Appointments on Calendar, some of the times I need are not displayed.

    Sorry for the delayed response, our support team is cut in half due to COVID-19 infestations. That’s why our response time has increased.

    1. You can set the front-end time format in the WP General Settings.

    However, on the back-end, Amelia always has the military time format. It cannot be changed at the moment, unfortunately.

    2. Please make sure that you set the Employee's working hours in the Employee's profile and that the Appointment that you try to book fit in these working hours.

    Also, if you have Services with a Capacity >1, and you want to make time slots available for booking by different people, you should enable the "Allow booking below minimum capacity" option in Amelia -> Settings -> Appointments.
