Hi:
I'm experiencing performance issues.
As you can see on attached screenshot (a portion of a Lighthouse report on webpage) amelia is taken much of the protagonism in resources consumption. I'm using WPRocket but to no avail.
What can i do to reduce all that unused js? It's happening mostly on mobile page.
Thanks,
Danny
Hi:
Another question: How can i translate notification email body?
For reference, I'm using WPML.
Thanks
Hi, Danny,
Sorry for the delayed response, our support team is cut in half due to COVID-19 infestations. That’s why our response time has increased.
1. Could you please clarify the issue? Does it affect the page load?
2. Please make sure that you applied for multi-language support on your site (please see this page). If so, then you can create templates for each Language that you added in Amelia Settings on the Notifications page by clicking the corresponding button for switching languages in the top right corner:
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi Liza:
Sorry to hear that. Are you ok?
As for the questions:
1. Sending a video of our mobile homepage. Can you see all the delay? The popup loads instantly but not Amelia. What can we do in order to accelerate loading of booking form? Already activated "Load Entities on page load".
2. My bad! It was there and wasn't able to see it. Thanks.
Thanks,
Danny
Hi Danny,
Thank you. Apologies for replying a bit later.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to download the fail you sent, not sure why, it ways Failed - Server problem. When it comes to loading times on one website - this is mostly determined by:
There isn't anything else that could be done from Amelia's side regarding the loading speed. We implemented the Load entities on page load option recently, so with it not all ajax calls are called out on load page, so you can try both when this option is enabled and disabled to see if that could help in your case.
