Hi. I want to know exactly when the Zoom meeting is created in Zoom, and when the links to the meetings are send.
I have an event created in Amelia, an appointment (and a package associated) and none of them have a meeting in Zoom created.
I understand that when I integrate Zoom in Amelia, the meetings in Zoom are created automatically right? And the links are generated and send in emails with corresponding placeholders.
People are purchasing seats for the event, and for the appointment, but there aren't Zoom meeting in Zoom.
Thank you!
Hi! I'm testing and right now I can understand how the integration with Zoom works (it works great!)
But I have an issue with the timezone of Zoom. When a user make an appointment (or purchase an event) it sends the right day and time in the notification emails, but in Zoom, it appears 4 hours before.
For example, I've configured an appointment for this Thursday at 9:30am (GMT - 3 because we are in Argentina). In the email, it says 9:30am, but in Zoom appears as 5:30am.
Is there a configuration in Amelia or is something about Zoom?
Thank you
Hello Lucas
Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, and it inherits the time zone from WordPress' General Settings.
Please log into your Zoom account, and check what the time zone is set there.
Kind Regards,
