Since on day ago our outlook calendar stopped to sync. I've taken a look on my azure certificate but is active until 2023.
Tried to disconnect and connect again but when I do a new appointment It appears in amelia's calendar but not in outlook
Note. After disconnect and connect to my outlook account, now my calendars does not appear under employees details. Pleas help!

Sorry for the delayed response, our support team is cut in half due to COVID-19 infestations. That’s why our response time has increased.
It could be that for some security reason Azure disconnected integration. Could you please try to create a new Client Secret and re-enter the new Client Secret and Client ID to Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Outlook?
Also, please try to clear the site cache after that.
Then, you should be able to re-connect our Outlook Cal again.
