We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dear TMS,
I plan on starting a service where consultants would have 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions with clients over Zoom. The idea is to have consultants put their shifts in, and the booking system at Amelia allows a mix and match of different timeslots (or even restricting some consultants to a fixed service duration i.e. 30 minute sessions only).
Which package would be the best? We also plan to introduce a form of discount, where the customer gets a discount if they prepay for multiple bookings (say, 3x30 minute sessions set in different days). Could this work?
Please advise on which package is the best, and if it's a pricier package, if it is possible to pay on monthly basis.
Thanks!
Khan
Hello Khan
Thank you for your purchase.
Amelia offers multiple service durations. So, one service can last 30 minutes, another service can last 45 minutes, and the third service can last 60 minutes, and so on.
If the employee is working from 09:00 - 17:00, (s)he will be able to provide appointments for these services, and they would all depend on each other. For example, if a 45-minute appointment is booked at 09:00, the next available time slot would be at 09:45, but if a 30-minute appointment is booked then, the next time slot would be at 10:15, and so on.
You can assign the employee to multiple time periods in a day, so (s)he can work on Service 1 from 09:00 - 10:00, on Service 1, 2 and 3 from 10:00 - 12:00, on service 3 from 12:00 - 15:00 and so on.
If you want to offer a discount for multiple appointments, you would need to purchase the Pro or Developer license, as they include the packages feature, where you can configure which services will be included in the package, and how many appointments will be included in the package.
It's not possible to pay on monthly basis. We currently have yearly subscription and lifetime licenses.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
