In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hello I need to have a manager by location that can view and edit the employees of their hair saloon but not the others.
Is that possible to achieve, if so how?

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
The “Amelia Manager” role has almost the same permissions as an “Administrator” role, but with a few important differences. A manager is allowed to hide but not delete anything; a manager cannot customize the front-end look of the plugin and doesn’t have access to the WordPress settings.
At the moment, the Manager role can't be adjusted just to edit employees, but not everything else.
