Good Day,
Our client has purchased your plugin recently and we have installed and try to configure the plugin.
I have configured the payment process (PayFast, still need the passphrase) and the services, employees and events. But when I log out of WordPress and try to book a event it just keeps on loading.
Is the passphare the issue? I hope you can help me to fix this issue?
Kind Regards
Hello Stefanie
Thank you for your purchase.
We don't have a native integration with PayFast, so I assume you're using Mollie as the payment method?
You can take a look at our documentation about Mollie payment gateway, and see how it needs to be configured.
If the booking works when you're logged into WordPress, the issue is caused by some security measures you have on your server.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thank you Aleksander for your reply.
I am using Woocommerce to integrate PayFast.
It was the security plugin, WP Cerber that was the issue.
Thank you for letting us know, Stefanie
How were you able to solve the issue?
Kind Regards,

You mentioned it might me something to do with security, and when I disabled the plugin the form work. It was the reCAPTCHA (Anti Spam) option that had conflict with Amelia's reCAPTCHA option.
