In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I want to have tw payment options in two different currencies for my services: one in USD and the other in INR. I am trying to show them as different services but the currency is showing up as mydefault (INR). kindly help

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I'm afraid, at the moment it's possible to use only one currency with Amelia's built-in features.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
Also, that probably can be achieved with custom work. However, our developers are very busy at the moment, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.

I tried to make separate services for different countries (only option i could find) and integrate with PayPal, but the paypal option is not coming through (ive linked my client ID and secret, etc.) but the info is not coming through. Error: sorry, cannot process your payment right now"

Please note that if you used an extension for PayPal that allows setting multiple currencies, that's not gonna work in Amelia.
If this is not the case, could you please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside? You can post the credentials as a private reply to this ticket.
We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.
