In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

If i Buy a lifetime subscription, Is it possible to upgrade later into another plan.
IE - I decide to buy the PRO LIFETIME, can I upgrade later to a Developer Lifetime?

Thank you for choosing Amelia.
If you just purchase a lifetime license and then decide to upgrade it right after, then, unfortunately, we won't be able to do it due to our reseller's limitations.
But we can suggest you another solution: you can purchase a new lifetime license, and then send us both purchases codes (for the old one and for the new one) along with the email address that you used for the purchase. After that, we will refund you the "old" license.
However, if you purchase a lifetime license and use it for at least 6 months, yes, then we will be able to upgrade it.
