have started setting up Amelia for one of my clients and have faced few issues. The first issue is that it is not possible to create an appointment directly from Amelia's Dashboard. the second issue is unable to rename the services category name. The third issue is interface-related, please see attached images here:

    Hi, Sadeer,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    1. Appointments on Amelia's back-end can be created on the Appointments page and the Calendar page. Please test these pages and let us know if that worked.

    2. The issue when the Employee selection field is invisible can occur if you have Amelia Lite installed on your site. So, if you were using Amelia Lite before, please make sure you deleted it first and installed Amelia license after that.

    3. Also, please note that the Category name can be edited if you click on the "Pencil" button.

If that doesn't help, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login for further investigation.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi Liza,

    Thank you for your reply!

1- It actually works when creating the appointment from the two pages you mentioned, however, and unfortunately, when attempting to create a new appointment through the floating button from the dashboard. The employee filed is missing and that's why the new appointment is not created. Please see attached video here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!ApP-O8qP_G0Cxm55yY5UrxSg8-cX

2- This is my first time using Amelia and I bought and downloaded the plugin directly from Amelia's website.

3- Category name issue is fixed now after the last uppdate.

    Best regards,

    Sadeer

    Hey Sadeer

    Sorry for the late response!

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Kind Regards,

    Aleksandar Vuković

    Hi Sadeer!

Thank you so muchsmile.png(second password works)

I will send this case to our senior colleague, as the same thing happens on my local site, so it's most likely a bug.

He will contact you back as soon as possible.

Update: we have confirmed that it's a bug, and it's sent to developers for fix creation; we will keep you updated, thank you for your patiencesmile.png
