Sorry for the late response, we're not working during weekends.

I can see the booking form loads on your website, but there are some errors in the console. The page where your panel is requires an account, so I couldn't check it out.

Usually, issues like this occur when there are some permission issues, or security measures that block the admin-ajax calls for non-logged-in users, and that's something you need to reach out to your hosting provider about.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Can you please go to wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/WP/ShortcodeService/AmeliaShortcodeService.php and comment line 50:

wp_enqueue_script('amelia_polyfill', 'https://polyfill.io/v2/polyfill.js?features=Intl.~locale.en');

After that, purge all cache from your website, and test again. Please let me know how that goes.
