We want to allow customers to sign up for time slots at our trade shows. I see that you have events but not appointments within an event. Am I missing something? Will this plugin work for me? We want multiple spots per time slot.
You're not missing anything, and Events and Services can't be combined.
You can create a Service that will be offered in Appointment time slots, depending on the availability of your employees, so if you have a 1-hour-long service, and your employee is working from 09:00 - 17:00, there will be 8 available time slots for this appointment.
On the other hand, if you create an event that lasts between 09:00 and 17:00, when a customer books an event, they are added as an attendee for the entire day. Think of it as a conference, where you're signing up for the entire conference, and there are no time slots in there that would allow you to choose where you'll be on that conference at what time.
