We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi. My client is asking about an option for example, on just one particular thursday, being able to block out say 12-3pm where you COULDN'T book an appointment.
I see where you can do a "day off", but that is the whole day. Is it possible to do the same thing, except for just a small portion of a particular day?
Hey Garbonso
At the moment, it's not possible to add a time off within a day, but this suggestion has been forwarded to our developers, and it will be worked on in the future.
For now, you would need to create a Special Day in your employee's profile. So, if the employee's working hours are from 09:00 - 17:00, you would create two periods within one special day:
So, in the screenshot above, this employee would work on all his assigned services, and all assigned locations from 09:00 - 12:00, and then from 15:00 - 17:00, meaning he would not be working between 15:00 and 17:00.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
