Are you planning on enhance the user panel? today everytime the customer needs a service has to fulfill all the personal info and its annoying.

If a user is logged in as a WP User or to the Customer or the Employee panel, the booking form is getting prepopulated with the User's information.
Could you please clarify which issue you faced and which panel you are referring to?

But all the extra fields where we ask the postal code, and so on, are not there.

That is correct, custom fields can't be saved to the profile at the moment, so your customers would need to enter them every time an appointment is booked.
